Cancellation policy
To cancel or reschedule, contact the instructor.
All sales are final and refunds are not provided. Note: Once you register for a class, you have reserved a seat in a limited-capacity class. Tuition payments are non-refundable once a spot is secured. That said, we understand that life happens. Emergency rescheduling may be permitted in limited circumstances, and we do our best to be fair and flexible whenever possible. Changes of preference including, but not limited to, deciding to attend a different provider, choosing a class closer to home, scheduling convenience, or personal reconsideration do not qualify for refunds and are not considered emergencies. No-call / no-shows: Please contact our office to inquire about possible rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late rescheduling requests may require an additional fee. When possible, advance notice is appreciated so we may offer the seat to another student. Our goal is to keep classes running smoothly while remaining reasonable and understanding.
